Today I went to a presentation by Mark Walton, a storyboard artist for Disney that graduated from my college. He was... crazy. So wild and weird and zany and SCARY.

And utterly amazing.

I am inspired. All I wanted to do was come home and draw. And now that's what I'm doing. I'm determined... to become AWESOME. It's just what I need to inspire me. That, and the fact that this week is in ~GhiaMGM's artist of the week contest. Between the two, I've been sketching a lot. And it's just for me! Not for class at all! It feels great! Helps me get out of this funk I've been in.

Also, on a somewhat related note, I got well over 50 views on my account two days ago. I have no idea why. I didn't have any favorites, or added watches... just a spike in popularity, I guess? Anyway... that felt good. 8D

I LOVE THAT DEV IS LETTING US REGULAR SHMOES USE SKINS. I've always wanted to, but since they are only limited to subscribers and I flat out refuse to buy one for myself, I guess this is the only option. Until I get insanely popular and and some adoring fan donates one.
